Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total. The final amount payable (including shipping, if applicable) is displayed before you confirm your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of order dispatch, not the order placement date. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Note: Delivery times may be extended during festive seasons, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemic-related restrictions.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to most locations across India through our trusted courier partners. During checkout, you can verify if delivery is available to your pincode.
Serviceable Areas
Our delivery network covers all major cities, towns, and most rural areas across all Indian states and union territories including Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, and Northeast regions.
Non-Serviceable Areas
Some remote locations may not be serviceable due to courier partner limitations. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout. In such cases, please contact us and we will try to arrange alternative delivery options.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An email notification with your tracking number and courier details
- A direct link to track your shipment on the courier's website
You can also track your order anytime using our Order Tracking page by entering your order number.
Tracking Tip: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after dispatch. If tracking is not updated after 48 hours, please contact our support team.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts for each order:
- If you are unavailable during the first attempt, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery again the next day
- You can contact the courier directly using the tracking link to reschedule delivery
- If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to us
- For returned shipments, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply)
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure:
- Your contact number is correct and reachable
- The delivery address is complete with landmarks
- Someone is available to receive the package during business hours
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently offer Cash on Delivery as our primary payment method. At the time of delivery:
- Please keep the exact amount ready as couriers may not carry change
- Verify the package condition before accepting delivery
- You may be required to sign a delivery receipt
- Do not accept the package if it appears damaged or tampered with
