Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that meet the following conditions:
Eligible for Return
- Products unused and in original condition
- Items with all original tags and labels attached
- Products in original packaging
- Items with accessories and freebies (if any)
- Damaged or defective products (report within 48 hours)
- Wrong product delivered
Not Eligible for Return
- Products used, washed, or altered
- Items without original packaging/tags
- Products marked "Non-Returnable" on listing
- Customized or personalized items
- Items returned after 7 days
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect
How to Initiate a Return

Our team reviews your request and approves within 24 hours
Pack & Ship
Pack the item securely and ship using our prepaid label or courier
Refund
Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after inspection
Important: Please include your order number and a copy of the invoice inside the return package. Without these, processing may be delayed.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size Exchange: If the product size doesn't fit (subject to availability)
- Color Exchange: If you'd prefer a different color variant (subject to availability)
- Defective Items: Replacement for manufacturing defects at no extra cost
To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the requested item is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead.

Refund Methods
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS): We will contact you to collect your bank account details
- Store Credit: You may opt for store credit which can be used for future purchases
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or wrong item delivered.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Report immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide evidence: Share clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Keep packaging: Do not discard the original packaging until the issue is resolved
- Await instructions: Our team will arrange pickup and send a replacement or full refund
For such cases, we cover all return shipping costs and expedite the resolution process.
Partial Returns
For orders with multiple items:
- You can return individual items from a multi-item order
- Each item must meet the return eligibility criteria
- Refund will be processed for the returned item(s) only
- If returning all items, ensure original shipping charge eligibility is recalculated
