What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across India. We are working on integrating online payment options including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Stay tuned for updates!

How do I place an order?

  • Browse our collection and click on products you like
  • Select quantity and click "Add to Cart"
  • Go to your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout"
  • Enter your shipping details and verify your pincode
  • Select Cash on Delivery and place your order
  • You'll receive an order confirmation via email

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can request order modifications or cancellations before the order is shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@aristodecor.store with your order number. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery.

Is GST included in the product prices?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of 18% GST. You will see the GST breakdown at checkout for full transparency. The price you see is the price you pay (plus shipping if applicable).

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, a GST-compliant invoice will be included with your shipment. You will also receive a digital copy via email once your order is shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping charges?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹599. For orders below ₹599, a flat shipping fee of ₹59 applies. This covers delivery anywhere in India where our courier partners operate.

How long does delivery take?

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Delivery times may vary during festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page using your order number.

Do you deliver to my pincode?

We deliver to most pincodes across India. You can verify delivery availability by entering your pincode during checkout. If your pincode is not serviceable, please contact us and we'll try to arrange alternative delivery options.

What if I'm not available during delivery?

Our courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If you're unavailable, they'll leave a notice and try again. You can also contact the courier directly using the tracking link to reschedule delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact. Items must be in the same condition as received. For detailed information, please visit our Returns Policy page.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, email us at info@aristodecor.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your provided bank account details.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We're sorry if this happened! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged/wrong item. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately. Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page, customized or personalized items, items used or altered after delivery, and items returned without original packaging/tags are not eligible for return.

Are the product images accurate?

We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and photography lighting. Product dimensions are mentioned in the description for reference.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

All products displayed on our website are in stock unless marked "Out of Stock." If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we'll notify you immediately and offer alternatives or a full refund.

No, you can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track orders easily, save your addresses, and receive exclusive offers.
